Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Maintenance to lead the maintenance team in our Kerala factory. The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage maintenance team, plan & execute preventive & breakdown maintenance. Ensure equipment uptime, reliability, and cost-effective maintenance, and other best practices. Manage spares inventory, vendor management, and contracts. Ensure safety & compliance standards are met. Drive energy efficiency and cost reduction initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
8+ years experience in manufacturing, ideally in a maintenance role B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Experience, and maintenance software Solid leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
