We are currently hiring for the position of Manager IT Services (CRM Techno-Functional Specialist) with a leading organization based in Vadodara.

Position Details

Designation: Manager IT Services

Role: CRM Techno-Functional Specialist

Location: Corporate Office, Vadodara

Experience: 7–12 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or IT, BCA, MCA, or equivalent IT qualification

Key Requirements

- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement
- Experience across D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Operations
- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and the Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of C#, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and JavaScript
- Experience with Web API, REST API, system integrations, and data migration
- Experience in solution design, technical architecture, configuration, and customization
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration will be preferred




- Understanding of business processes such as Lead-to-Order, Pricing, Credit Management, Field Service, and CRM dashboards
- Ability to manage CRM governance, backlog, releases, testing, documentation, and user access controls
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
