What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior Manager– Product Management to drive digital and compliant product solutions for retirement and long-term savings products. The role requires strong BFSI product experience and a regulatory mindset. Prior NPS experience is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates with exposure to regulated financial products and strong execution capability are encouraged to apply.

What does the job entail?

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and enhancements
- Define product roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
- Translate regulatory guidelines, business requirements, and operational needs into functional specifications, PRDs, and user stories
- Work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to deliver compliant and scalable solutions
- Design and improve digital customer and partner journeys across onboarding, transactions, servicing, and reporting
- Drive straight-through processing (STP), reduce manual interventions, and improve turnaround times
- Support UAT, go-live readiness,



and post-implementation issue resolution
- Track key product metrics and use data insights to drive prioritization

Work Experience

5–7 years of experience in Product Management / Business Solutions roles

Essential Qualification

Graduation/ MBA

Preferred Skills

- Experience in regulated BFSI domains such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Banking, FinTech, or RegTech
- Strong understanding of compliance-driven product design and delivery
- Hands-on experience with PRDs, user stories, and Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills
- Behavioural Traits: Entrepreneurial, high ownership, execution-focused and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Valuable to Have
- Exposure to retirement, long-term savings, or wealth products
- Experience working with regulators, auditors, or large platform partners

Familiarity with APIs, workflow systems, or high-volume transaction platforms
