We are looking for an experienced Manager HR Operations to lead and streamline HR operations, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR leadership and HR Business Partners to drive operational excellence, process automation, HR analytics, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and HR systems.

- Own and manage HRIS platforms and drive continuous process improvements.

- Lead HR automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.

- Generate insights from HR data to support business and people decisions.

- Create, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.

- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, insurance, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders on employee-related initiatives.

- Support and drive employee engagement activities and people programs.

- Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting and documentation.

- Experience driving HR process automation and operational excellence.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Startup or product-based company experience is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
