Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for franchisee business development to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners aligned with the brands positioning and values.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities within existing and recent territories.
- Maintain and nurture robust relationships with franchisees to ensure optimal collaboration and support.
- Oversee franchisee compliance with corporate standards and policies to protect brand integrity and customer experience.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement targeted initiatives driving franchisee success.
