About the Role

This role is part of the Service Delivery team, which supports entities in managing their Finance & Accounts functions, including Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and regulatory compliances.

You will be responsible for reviewing financial deliverables, coordinating with clients, leading a team, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with IND AS, including consolidated financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Coordinate and liaise with Statutory, Tax, and Transfer Pricing auditors for timely completion of audits.
- Oversee consolidation of group financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and implement accounting treatment for complex IND AS areas, including:
- IND AS 116 Lease Accounting (Right-of-Use assets, lease liabilities, disclosures)
- IND AS 115 Revenue Recognition




- IND AS 109 Financial Instruments
- IND AS 103 Business Combinations
- Ensure proper documentation and working papers supporting IND AS adjustments and disclosures.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of IND AS, including IND AS 116 (Lease Accounting), IND AS 115 (Revenue Recognition), IND AS 109 (Financial Instruments), and IND AS 103 (Business Combinations).
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, IND AS adjustments, and audit coordination.
- Experience in lease accounting, ROU asset calculations, and financial instrument accounting will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under strict timelines and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Additional certifications in IFRS / IND AS / Internal Controls will be an added advantage.
