Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-end planning and execution of conferences, summits, networking events, and corporate programs

✅ Vendor sourcing, negotiations, and logistics management

✅ Venue, AV, catering, travel, and registration coordination

✅ Budget management and cost optimization

✅ Stakeholder, sponsor, and cross-functional team coordination

✅ On-site event execution to ensure a seamless attendee experience

Preferred Background

✔ Event Management Companies (Wizcraft, Percept, Shobiz, etc.)

✔ Corporate Event Operations

✔ MICE / Conferences / Summits

✔ Hospitality Event Operations
