Manager - Credit Control (Accounts Receivable) - London Insurance Market - 8+ Years - Noida

We're hiring a Manager Credit Control (Accounts Receivable) for an exciting opportunity in Noida. We are looking for professionals with 8+ years of experience in AR Operations, specializing in Credit Control and Collections, with mandatory London Insurance Market experience. Candidates with hands-on AR exposure in the Lloyd's Market and a notice period of 60 days or less are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end Credit Control and Collections activities for the Lloyd's Market Accounts Receivable portfolio.
2. Monitor outstanding receivables, drive timely collections, and resolve payment-related queries with brokers and clients.
3. Collaborate with underwriters, finance, and operations teams to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt.
4. Review AR ageing reports, identify collection risks, and implement effective recovery strategies.
5. Lead and mentor the Credit Control team while driving process improvements and ensuring SLA compliance.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with strong expertise in Credit Control and Collections.
2. Mandatory experience in the Lloyd's (London Insurance) Market with hands-on exposure to AR operations.
3. Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving operational performance.
4.



Willingness to work in the US shift.
