Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead corporate audits for healthcare clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and execute audit plans to identify areas of improvement in internal controls, processes, and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress towards remediation.
- Provide expert guidance on statutory auditing, external audit requirements, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 5.6-9 years of experience in corporate audit or related field (CA).
- Solid knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, laws, and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Proven track record of leading complex audits involving multiple stakeholders.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
