This is not a traditional corporate communications role. You will be the narrative architect for a ₹500 Crore translational ecosystem, tasked with communicating complex hardware breakthroughs in Semiconductors, MedTech, and Aerospace to Government grant bodies, Tier-1 Industry CEOs, and global academic partners.

Key Areas of Responsibilities: 1.

Strategic Communication

Develop and execute a unified communication strategy aligned with the vision and growth objectives of the Skills University and associated business verticals.

Architect a unified "House of Brands" strategy that ensures the University and the Tech divisions complement—rather than confuse—one another.

Serve as strategic advisor to leadership on branding, public positioning, and "Nation-Building" narratives. 2.

Deep Tech & Translation: Advanced Labs, Localization, & IP Deep Tech Translation & Commercialization: Work directly with the Technology Manager and scientific heads to translate dense technological achievements (e.g., in advanced materials,



cyber-physical systems) into compelling commercial use cases and investment pitches.

Industry Partnership & Hardware Localization: Develop the narrative for our specialized translation capabilities, positioning our labs as the premier destination for Tier-1 corporations looking to localize and reengineer complex hardware.

IP & Spin-off Positioning: Craft the communication frameworks for our intellectual property (IP) portfolio, managing the public relations lifecycle from initial patent filing to commercial spin-off or industry licensing. 3.

Academic Leadership & Global Diplomacy: Global Academic Diplomacy: Position the Foundation’s value proposition to Ivy League-level Deans and international research faculty to secure critical global MoUs and partnerships.

Policy & Government Relations: Align the Institute's narrative with national missions like Atmanirbhar Bharat, job creation in advanced manufacturing, and strategic self-reliance.

Grant Diplomacy: Lead high-level communication required for securing and managing major government grants, such as the ANRF grant. 4.Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Targeted Media Outreach: Proactively pitch stories to Deep Tech and Financial Media covering semiconductor supply chains, aerospace manufacturing, and venture capital,



beyond traditional education journalists.

Executive Thought Leadership: Transform academic research and faculty expertise into high-impact content for public consumption and position leadership as voices of authority Experience & Qualifications: Senior Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience spanning both higher education/research and B2B technology/engineering sectors post preferred qualification of a Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Communications from a Premiere Institute

Domain Fluency: Must possess technical vocabulary and strategic understanding to comfortably discuss deep-tech hardware, advanced manufacturing, and global supply chain localization.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders—from University Deans and Scientists to Corporate CEOs, Government officials, and Investors.

Portfolio of Success: Demonstrable experience in managing high-stakes Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaigns for IP-led organizations or large-scale research ecosystems.

Key Differentiators of This Role: Narrative Architect: You are not just managing PR; you are building the story of a ₹500 Crore translational ecosystem.

Commercial Catalyst: Transitioning the organization from generic "Engineering Services" to high-value "Deep Science Translation" and "Indigenous Manufacturing".

The Triad Navigator: Effectively integrating an Industry Partnership Center, a Skills University, and a Deep Science Translation Lab. This ecosystem utilizes a 'House of Brands' architecture to balance the distinct identities of its non-profit Section 8 Institute and its for-profit commercial arm
