Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate Valuation

Role Summary

We seek an experienced Senior Manager to lead corporate real estate valuation initiatives. You will drive valuation strategies, oversee portfolio assessments, and ensure compliance with International Valuation Standards (IVS). This role demands expertise across multiple valuation methodologies and strategic acumen in asset management and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive real estate valuation projects across domestic and international portfolios

Develop and execute valuation strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements

¢ Apply comparable approach, cost approach, and income approach (DCF, LRD) methodologies with precision

¢ Adherence to International Valuation Standards and RICS guidelines

¢ Mentor and supervise valuation teams; build institutional valuation expertise

¢ Manage complex asset valuations for disposal, acquisition, financing, and reporting purposes

¢ Review and validate valuations; prepare executive reports for C-suite and board stakeholders

¢ Conduct market research, economic analysis, and scenario modeling for strategic planning

¢ Support M&A; due diligence and investment decision-making processes

¢ Well verse with TEV (Techno Economic Viability) & Feasibility Studies

¢ Can prepare report for LIE (Lenders Independent Engineers) services.

Required Qualifications





¢ 7+ years of corporate real estate valuation experience

¢ Mastery of all valuation methodologies: comparable sales, cost approach, income capitalization, DCF, LRD

¢ Certified appraiser, with IVS expertise

¢ Deep knowledge of International Valuation Standards and local regulatory frameworks

¢ Demonstrated leadership managing valuation teams and cross-functional stakeholders

¢ Proficiency with valuation and financial modeling tools

¢ Solid analytical, written, and presentation skills

¢ Advanced Excel and database management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

¢ BE (Civil Engineering), B Arch, MRICS, MBA in Project Management & Built Environment or advanced finance credentials

¢ Experience with large-scale portfolio valuations and asset optimization

¢ Background in real estate investment, development, or fund management

¢ Exposure to international real estate markets and currency considerations

¢ Familiarity with sustainability metrics and ESG valuations
