We We are looking for an experienced Real Estate (RE) Data Operations Supervisor to lead a dedicated team of 10-15 analysts across India and China. This is a senior, client-facing role created as part of a scope expansion that transfers selected Data Quality (DQ) review, DQ portal execution, and escalation-preparation activities from our institutional client to our delivery team based out of Gurugram.
The Supervisor will be the day-to-day operational owner of the quarterly RE submission cycle — ensuring ~1,000 quarterly RE submissions are received on time, ~20,000 data flags are triaged and resolved, and ~4,000 partner queries per quarter are addressed within a 3-day SLA, all in support of the client's quarter-end (QE) reporting timeline.
This role requires a combination of real estate investment data expertise, large-scale data operations experience, and strong people leadership in an outsourced institutional delivery setting.
