Job Responsibilities:

- Administer and manage learning programs on Moodle or equivalent LMS.
- Configure courses, learning paths, assessments, certifications, and user enrolments.
- Monitor LMS health, learner progress, compliance, and SLA adherence.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and analytics using Excel and LMS data.
- Coordinate with SMEs, trainers, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Schedule and organize classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Utilize AI tools to automate content creation, reporting, communication, and operational activities.
- Maintain training records, documentation, SOPs, and audit evidence.
- Support mandatory compliance training campaigns and ensure timely completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve learning operations through automation and AI.

Technical Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Data Analytics,



or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Moodle or equivalent LMS).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, Basic Dashboards).
- Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Strong understanding of AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic understanding of SQL/Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of APIs, SCORM, xAPI, and Learning Technologies is preferred.
