Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001/IATF 16949).

- Lead internal, external, and customer audits.

- Monitor quality across foundry and machining processes.

- Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

- Analyze quality issues and implement CAPA using 8D, 5 Why, and RCA tools.

- Handle customer complaints and supplier quality issues.

- Monitor KPIs such as rejection, rework, PPM, and COPQ.

- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and compliance with quality standards.

- Prepare quality reports, conduct Management Review Meetings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Lead and develop the quality team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgical Engineering.

- 3-5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a Foundry or Machine Shop.

- Robust knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and GD&T.;

- Experience in customer quality, audits, problem-solving, and quality system management.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
