We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Management Trainees who are eager to build a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. The selected candidates will undergo structured training across multiple business functions, gaining hands-on exposure to operations, sales, business development, reporting, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in training programs across various departments.

- Assist senior managers in daily business operations.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.

- Support sales, marketing, operations, and business development teams.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

- Learn company processes, products, and business operations.

- Take ownership of assigned projects and complete them within timelines.

- Maintain accurate records and business reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

- Quick learner with a positive attitude

- Team player with good organizational skills

Qualification

- MBA (Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations), BBA, B.Com, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or any graduate with strong communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

- Candidates from the Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Management background will be preferred.
