What You'll Do

You will work across every important function of the company.

No two weeks will look the same.

Depending on business priorities, you may:

Work directly with the founders on strategic projects

Coordinate launches of new student and parent programs

Build and improve operational systems and SOPs

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Assist in business development and partnerships

Coordinate trainers, venues, vendors, and events

Analyse data and prepare business reports

Improve customer and student experiences

Manage cross-functional projects from idea to execution

Use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows

Solve problems before someone asks you to

Who We're Looking For

Curious about startups and entrepreneurship

Highly organised and dependable





Comfortable taking ownership A fast learner who enjoys solving problems

Excellent at communication

Detail-oriented without losing the big picture

Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, etc.

Someone who gets things done instead of waiting for instructions
