We're Looking For:

✔ Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or ITI – Electrical/ Mechanical.

✔ 3–5 years (Diploma) or 5–10 years (ITI) of experience in FMCG manufacturing

✔ Hands-on experience in Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of VFFS Machines from Bosch, Syntegon, Rovema, or Ishida

✔ Solid knowledge of Electrical (60%) and Mechanical (40%) maintenance

✔ Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, machine calibration, and production equipment troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities:





- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
- Ensure smooth operation of VFFS packaging machines.
- Support machine installation, calibration, and changeovers.
- Maintain maintenance records and comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO, QMS, 5S, and safety standards.
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to improve machine reliability and plant efficiency.
