Role & responsibilities

- Direct preventive and breakdown maintenance for plastic injection molding, blow molding, and, extrusion lines
- Team Leadership: Manage shift technicians, fitters, and utility operators to reduce equipment downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to factory safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of all plant machinery, utilities, and equipment plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Handle machine breakdowns efficiently and ensure quick corrective actions
- Monitor maintenance records, spare parts usage, and AMC schedules
- Coordinate with production, utility,



and electrical teams for uninterrupted operations Ensure availability and proper planning of critical spare parts inventory
- Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and contractors
- Maintain safety standards, discipline, and housekeeping within the department Support installation, shifting, and commissioning of machinery whenever required
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for machine efficiency and maintenance systems

Preferred candidate profile Candidates must have hands-on experience specifically in:
