❖ Main Responsibilities and KPI's: • Set up and operate a variety of machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.

• Program CNC machines for the production of parts and components.

• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Determine the appropriate machining operations required based on the drawings and specifications.

• Plan the sequence of operations to ensure optimal production efficiency.

• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine operations.

• Report any major mechanical problems to the Plant Maintenance Manager.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to fabricate or repair parts needed for plant equipment.

• Provide machining support for plant maintenance projects.

• Ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance-related machining tasks.





• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

❖ Education and Experience ❖ Communications ❖ Approvals ➢ High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification or vocational training in machining or a related field is preferred. ➢ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a machinist in a manufacturing or industrial environment. ➢ Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines. ➢ Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques. ➢ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. ➢ Knowledge of precision measuring instruments. ➢ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. ➢ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ➢ Positive communication and teamwork abilities. ➢ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
