We are hiring a Lead AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in ML development, MLOps, and LLM/GenAI solutions to build, deploy, and manage production-grade AI/ML systems.

Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in ML Development & MLOps
- Production-grade Python and ML model development
- End-to-end ML/LLM model deployment, lifecycle & monitoring
- Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or ArgoCD
- Airflow and ML workflow orchestration
- LLM integration, Prompt Engineering and GenAI solutions
- Experience with model testing, drift detection, rollback & production support
- Positive understanding of ML algorithms, feature engineering & model evaluation
Good to have: MLflow, Databricks, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, OCR/Document Processing. Ideal Profile: A hands-on AI/ML professional who can develop ML solutions and take them from experimentation to scalable production using MLOps practices.
