We are looking for our next Tech Lead Engineer to guide a team within the ITH team for Research and Innovation where Science meets Digital to deliver best beauty tech innovations. This is not a project-coordination role. You are the technical backbone of the team: the person whose architecture decisions, code reviews, and judgment the team relies on to ship things that are fast, correct, and built to last.

You will sit close to the code not above it, you will be the ultimate technical anchor. Your mandate is to design highly scalable, API-first architectures, rapidly prototype complex Gen-AI/Graph integrations, and establish the CI/CD guardrails that allow your team to deploy safely at breakout speed. You lead by doing, not by assigning tasks.
