About the Role We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should have expertise in vendor management, purchasing, inventory planning, transportation, and supply chain operations. The role requires excellent negotiation skills, cost optimization, and the ability to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing and quality.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.

Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues efficiently.

Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.

Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and reporting for procurement and logistics activities.

Monitor vendor performance and implement improvements where required.





Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and supply chain best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and Logistics Management.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP/Procurement software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in handling procurement and logistics for multiple product categories.

Robust understanding of transportation planning and warehouse coordination.

Ability to optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Proactive, result-driven, and capable of managing cross-functional coordination.
