Job Summary The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics operations of the organization. This includes coordinating shipments, handling export documentation, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing overall supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall logistics operations, including domestic and international shipments.
- Handle export documentation and coordinate customs clearance procedures in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure seamless movement of goods.
- Coordinate with multiple shippers and freight forwarders to obtain the most competitive rates and optimize transportation costs.
- Monitor shipment status regularly and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to project sites or clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, stock movements, dispatch logs, and shipping documentation.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
