Role Description The Logistics Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, in office role based in Canada. The role involves overseeing end-to-end logistics processes related to Canada-focused operations, including coordinating documentation flows, managing timelines for application batches, and ensuring efficient movement and storage of client files and resources.

The Logistics

Manager will plan and monitor supply chain activities, optimize inventory levels of materials and tools used in the consulting process, and coordinate with procurement and vendor partners when needed. This role also involves collaborating closely with customer service teams to ensure timely updates to clients, resolving logistical issues, and maintaining compliance with internal procedures and external requirements.

Manager will regularly analyze data,



prepare operational reports, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee operational workflows and ensure timely, efficient service delivery.

Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to manage physical and digital resources, documentation, and materials essential to daily operations.

Candidates should possess Procurement skills to coordinate with vendors and service providers, negotiate terms, and maintain cost-effective supply of required resources.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to collaborate with client-facing teams, support timely communication, and help resolve operational concerns.

Relevant experience in logistics, operations management, or supply chain roles, preferably within services, consulting, or professional office environments.

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Proficiency in common office software and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with logistics or inventory management systems is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
