We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain qualified from the apparel/sportswear industry to manage end-to-end logistics operations, including 3PL coordination, freight forwarding, warehousing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day logistics operations including inbound/outbound freight, warehousing, and distribution.

Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations — LCL/FCL, air/sea/road freight negotiations and coordination.

Oversee 3PL partnerships and vendor management to ensure cost-effective and timely logistics solutions.

Manage inventory planning, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations across locations.

Drive supply chain strategy including demand planning, replenishment, and distribution optimization.

Ensure compliance with customs, documentation, and regulatory requirements (import/export).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, procurement, sales) to align logistics with business goals.

Monitor and improve logistics KPIs — cost efficiency, delivery timelines,



inventory turnover.

Lead process improvement initiatives, automation, and cost optimization projects.

Manage vendor/service provider negotiations for freight, warehousing, and transportation.

Key Skills Required

Solid understanding of freight forwarding (LCL/FCL, air/sea/road)

Hands-on experience with 3PL management

Warehousing & inventory management expertise

Supply chain planning & execution

Vendor negotiation and relationship management

Knowledge of customs documentation, EXIM operations

Experience in apparel/fashion/sportswear industry preferred

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

Note: Candidates with a mix of experience across freight forwarding, 3PL, warehousing, and supply chain (even if not all in a single previous role) are encouraged to apply.
