Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning qualified who can effectively manage demand planning, supply planning, and logistics planning to ensure seamless product availability and optimized inventory across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive demand planning & forecasting based on historical data, trends, and sales inputs
- Develop and execute supply planning strategies to ensure optimum inventory levels
- Plan and optimize logistics and distribution network for timely deliveries
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and aging analysis




- Ensure order fulfillment efficiency and reduction in stock-outs/overstocking
- Work on MIS, data analysis, and reporting for planning accuracy
- Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning & Logistics Planning
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, forecasting & inventory management
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel & SAP
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Paint industry experience will be highly preferred
