We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage daily logistics and operational activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, maintain operational records, communicate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities.
- Plan, monitor, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain logistics, inventory, and operational records.
- Monitor stock movement and support inventory management.
- Resolve logistics and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support the Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
