Candidates may choose or be assigned a work mode based on availability, location, and business needs. Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business through outbound calls.
- Contact potential customers and logistics partners.
- Explain company logistics services and pricing.
- Convert leads into active shipping customers.
- Ensure customers start placing shipment orders.
- Maintain daily follow-ups with prospects.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve weekly and monthly order targets.
- Update CRM with customer interactions.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding.




- Provide excellent customer support during onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in Sales, Telecalling, Logistics, BPO, SaaS, or Business Development is an added advantage.
- Excellent Hindi communication.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Laptop and stable internet connection required for remote candidates.

Performance-Based Selection Process Phase 1 Initial Evaluation (First 7 Days)

Candidates will undergo a 7-day performance evaluation.

Target:

- Generate 1,600 successful shipment orders within the first 7 calendar days.

Outcome If the target is achieved:

- Candidate will be confirmed as a Sales Executive.
- Monthly CTC: 20,000
- Additional performance incentives

If the target is not achieved:

- The engagement ends after the evaluation period.
- No further continuation under this hiring program.

Growth Opportunity Employees who consistently achieve or exceed their assigned order targets during the first three consecutive months will become eligible for a revised compensation package.

Performance Reward

Upon successful completion of 3 months with consistent target achievement:

- Monthly Salary: 50,000
- Additional performance incentives
- Opportunity for promotion to Senior Sales Executive or Team Lead
