Re-Loan Office

Key Responsibilities

- Contact existing customers to promote re-loan opportunities.
- Assess customer eligibility as per company policies and lending guidelines.
- Assist customers with the re-loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and application status.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer retention.
- Achieve monthly re-loan disbursement and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries related to re-loan products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a payday loan company, NBFC, fintech, or digital lending organization.
- Hands-on experience in re-loan processing, customer retention, loan renewals, eligibility assessment, and customer follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, loan management software, and KYC/document verification.
- Strong understanding of loan products, repayment cycles, and lending processes.
- Proven ability to achieve re-loan disbursement and customer retention targets.
