Expectations:

- Strong understanding of software quality practices, test automation, and performance testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify risks and gaps, and contribute proactively during refinement and planning sessions.
- Valuable knowledge of system architecture and ability to investigate issues using logs, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Strong programming skills in Java and experience building maintainable automation solutions.
- Experience with performance testing concepts, including workload design, baseline definition, bottleneck analysis, and optimization.
- Ability to work independently within a self-organized team and collaborate effectively with developers and other stakeholders.




- Quality-focused mindset with attention to test coverage, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Tasks:

- Test user stories delivered by the team and implement automated tests to ensure high-quality releases.
- Analyze new requirements, identify potential risks, define test approaches, and contribute to story refinement.
- Review Pull Requests, verify code quality, and ensure sufficient unit test coverage.
- Design, document, and maintain functional and automated test scenarios.
- Identify gaps in test coverage and implement additional tests where required.
- Investigate customer issues using Azure, application logs, and observability platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts.
- Design and execute performance tests using JMeter.
- Define baseline performance metrics and evaluate system performance against expected results.
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Support application performance optimization through analysis, reporting, and collaboration with engineering teams.
