About The Role What you'll be doing

You will own the integrations that make our learning ecosystems work as one: SSO, SCORM/LTI, grade passback, CRM sync and data pipelines across Canvas, Moodle and Open edX. This is deep, satisfying systems work with direct impact on learners.

Key responsibilities

Your day to day

- Build and maintain LMS integrations (LTI, SCORM, SSO, APIs)
- Wire LMS data into CRM, portals and the AI Mentor layer
- Diagnose and resolve complex cross-system issues
- Document integration patterns for reuse across clients

Requirements What we're looking for

- 3+ years in backend or integration engineering
- Hands-on experience with at least one major LMS
- Strong API, OAuth/SAML and data-modeling skills
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications Nice to have

- Experience with LTI 1.3 and SCORM
- Ruby, Python or Node.js proficiency
- Prior education-technology work
