Job Summary

We are looking for a Load & Performance Test Engineer with 7 - 10 years of experience in performance testing, test automation, and Java programming. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in JMeter, performance test design, bottleneck analysis, and application performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Test user stories and implement automated tests to ensure high-quality releases.
- Analyze requirements, identify risks, define test approaches, and contribute to story refinement.
- Review pull requests, verify code quality, and ensure sufficient unit test coverage.
- Design, document, and maintain functional and automated test scenarios.
- Identify gaps in test coverage and implement additional tests.
- Investigate customer issues using Azure, application logs, and observability tools.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts.
- Design and execute performance tests using JMeter.
- Define baseline performance metrics and evaluate system performance.
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks,



and recommend improvements.
- Support application performance optimization through analysis, reporting, and collaboration with engineering teams.
