Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end production planning and execution for live events.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and production partners.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, venue, and operational standards.

Identify operational risks and implement effective contingency plans.

Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery of all production milestones.

Resolve on-site production challenges to ensure seamless event execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Prepare post-event reports and recommend process improvements.

Drive operational excellence through continuous process optimization.

Required skills 5–8 years of experience in live production and event operations.

Proven experience managing large-scale live events.

Solid production planning and execution.

Project and stakeholder management.

Leadership and team coordination.

Knowledge of AV, staging, and live production.

Problem-solving and decision-making.

Proficiency in production management tools.

Flexibility to travel and work extended hours.
