Job Title: Live-in Kitchen Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and trustworthy live-in Kitchen Assistant to become a part of our growing team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.

Experience is not mandatory—we value willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen activities.
- Help in cutting, cleaning, washing, and preparing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Assist in packing food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Help with loading, unloading, and organizing stock.
- Wash utensils and ensure workstations remain clean throughout the day.
- Assist with basic housekeeping related to the kitchen.
- Follow instructions from the kitchen supervisor and complete assigned tasks promptly.
- Learn new recipes, cooking methods, and kitchen procedures.
- Support the team during bulk orders, events, and busy production days.
- Be flexible and ready to assist wherever needed.

Requirements





- Should be able to communicate in Kannada and Hindi.
- Willing to stay at the accommodation provided by the company.
- Physically active and capable of standing and working for extended periods.
- Hardworking, honest, and dependable.
- Eager to learn and open to feedback.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Should be adaptable and comfortable with changing work requirements.
- Good personal hygiene and cleanliness are essential.
- Prior kitchen or housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required.
