What you'll do Handle inbound live chat queries from buyers and sellers in real time

Resolve order issues including refunds, missing items,



and delivery disputes Answer account and billing questions accurately and clearly Escalate complex cases to specialist teams with a clear summary Follow scripts and SOPs while using valuable judgment when situations are unusual What you'll need Clear, friendly written
