We are urgently looking for a Litigation Advocate based in South Mumbai to join our team on an exclusive full-time basis .

We are a Delhi-based litigation law firm with an expanding client base across India. As our practice continues to grow, we are increasingly representing clients with legal matters in Mumbai and are looking to strengthen our litigation team with a dedicated advocate who can effectively handle matters before the courts and tribunals in Mumbai.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

- Strong litigation experience and courtroom exposure.
- Sound knowledge of:
- Civil Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Consumer Disputes
- Cheque Bounce Matters (Section 138 NI Act)
- Money Recovery & Recovery Suits
- Execution Proceedings
- Injunctions and Interim Reliefs
- Excellent drafting, legal research, and case management skills.
- Ability to independently appear before courts, coordinate with clients,



and manage litigation efficiently.
- Qualified ethics, strong communication skills, and a long-term commitment to litigation practice.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Handling litigation matters before courts and tribunals across Mumbai.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, written statements, appeals, and other legal documents.
- Conducting court appearances, filing, and procedural compliances.
- Coordinating with clients and the firm's Delhi office on ongoing matters.
- Managing end-to-end litigation strategy and case progress.
