Job Title: VMware Administrator / VMware Engineer
Experience: 510 Years
Location: PAN India
We are seeking a skilled VMware Administrator with hands-on experience in managing enterprise virtualization environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting VMware infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
- Manage virtual machines, clusters, resource pools, datastores, and templates.
- Configure and maintain VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and vSAN.
- Perform VMware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability.
- Configure and manage SAN/NAS storage integration.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Troubleshoot virtualization, storage, networking, and host-related issues.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerCLI or PowerShell.
- Collaborate with Windows, Linux, Storage, and Network teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- VMware Certified Skilled (VCP-DCV) certification is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
