We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and support enterprise Linux environments, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal system performance. Responsibilities:

1. Provide Level 2 support for RHEL production environments.
2. Install, configure, administer, and maintain RHEL 8/9 servers.
3. Monitor system performance, availability, and troubleshoot Linux server issues.
4. Perform OS patching, upgrades, security hardening, and system maintenance.
5. Manage LVM, file systems, disk partitions, users, groups, and permissions.
6. Configure and troubleshoot Linux networking, including DNS, SSH, NFS, FTP, and firewall services.
7. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Pacemaker clusters.
8. Automate routine administration tasks using Shell scripting (Bash) and Ansible.
9. Handle incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL processes.
10. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve production issues and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

1. 4–7 years of experience in Linux Administration.
2. Strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 8/9).
3. Experience with LVM, file systems, disk management,



and Linux performance tuning.
4. Robust knowledge of Linux networking, including IP, DNS, routing, and firewall configuration.
5. Hands-on experience with YUM/DNF patch management and Linux security hardening.
6. Good knowledge of SELinux, Bash Shell scripting, and automation.
7. Experience with Pacemaker Cluster administration.
8. Basic understanding of VMware virtualization.
9. Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools is preferred.
10. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.
