Job Title: BSP Engineer (Linux BSP / Embedded Linux)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 13 Years / 3–6 Years / 6–10 Years

We are looking for skilled BSP Engineers with experience in Linux BSP development, embedded software, and device driver development. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in C/C++ and hands-on experience with Linux kernel, peripheral bring-up, driver integration, and embedded platforms. Candidates with exposure to Video Pipeline and Image Signal Processor (ISP) development will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Linux Board Support Packages (BSP).
- Design, develop, integrate, and debug Linux device drivers.
- Perform board bring-up and peripheral integration for embedded platforms.
- Work on Linux kernel customization, porting, and optimization.
- Develop software using C/C++ for embedded systems.
- Integrate and validate hardware peripherals in POSIX/Linux environments.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams for system integration and debugging.
- Support performance optimization and issue resolution on embedded platforms.
- Work on Video Pipeline and ISP-related components (preferred).
- Follow software development best practices and documentation standards.

Required Skills





- Experience in Linux BSP Development.
- Strong programming skills in C and C++.
- Experience in Linux Device Driver Development and Integration.
- Hands-on experience with Linux Kernel and Embedded Linux.
- Knowledge of POSIX-based systems.
- Experience with Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL).
- Experience in board bring-up and peripheral integration.
- Valuable debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Video Pipeline Development.
- Knowledge of Image Signal Processor (ISP) architecture and development.
- Experience with V4L2, MIPI CSI, Camera Drivers, or Multimedia Frameworks.
- Exposure to Adaptive AUTOSAR.
- Familiarity with Yocto, Buildroot, U-Boot, Device Tree, and Cross Compilation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
