About Coder Army

Coder Army is a tech education platform focused on helping learners become industry-ready through practical, structured learning.

We create educational content around programming, Data Structures & Algorithms, Web Development, System Design, Spring Boot, and other software engineering topics, with the goal of making high-quality technical education accessible and easy to understand.

Alongside our educational content, we are building a strong presence on professional platforms such as LinkedIn. We are looking for someone who can help us turn ideas, experiences, insights, and technical knowledge into content people genuinely want to read.

About the Role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Content Writer who can create high-quality, original, and engaging content for two LinkedIn profiles consistently.

This is not a role where you generate a post using AI, copy it, and publish it.

We want someone who can understand the person behind each profile, research the topic, identify an interesting angle, write a strong hook, structure the post properly, and turn an idea into content that feels authentic and valuable.

Your primary responsibility will be to create one strong LinkedIn post for each assigned profile every working day .

You will work with photographs, ideas, experiences, technical topics, current trends, and other material provided by us and turn them into professional LinkedIn content.

What You'll Do

Write High-Quality LinkedIn Content

Create original LinkedIn posts for two assigned profiles on a regular basis.

You should be able to take something as simple as:

“ We faced this problem while building Coder Army. ”

and turn it into a post that has a strong opening, tells the story clearly, provides value, and gives people a reason to keep reading.

Content may include:

- Educational and technical posts
- Personal experiences and stories
- Opinions and industry observations

- Career and programming insights
- Founder and personal-brand content
- Coder Army updates and behind-the-scenes stories
- Lessons, mistakes, and learnings
- Relevant trends in technology and education

Research Before Writing

Good writing starts with understanding the topic.

You may need to research:

- Technology and software engineering
- AI and emerging technology
- Programming careers
- Developer trends
- Tech education
- Relevant LinkedIn conversations
- Topics related to the profiles you are managing

You do not need to be a programmer, but you should be curious enough to understand a topic before writing about it.

Make Every Post Worth Reading

We do not want generic posts that could have been written for any person or company.

A strong post should generally have:

Strong hook → Clear idea → Useful or interesting content → Natural conclusion

Before publishing something, you should be thinking:

“Why would someone stop scrolling and read this?”

Use AI as a Tool, Not as the Writer

We actively encourage the use of AI tools for:

- Research
- Brainstorming
- Finding different content angles
- Improving structure
- Reviewing grammar
- Exploring hooks
- Refining drafts

However, the final content should not feel AI-generated.

Copying an AI-generated post and publishing it is not what we are looking for.

Your responsibility is to think, research, write, rewrite, and make the content feel authentic to the profile it represents.

Work With Visual Content

Many posts will include photographs or other visual assets provided by us.

You should be able to decide how those assets can be used effectively with the post and create simple, professional creatives when required.

Basic familiarity with tools such as Canva is helpful.

Advanced graphic design skills are not required.

Learn From Content Performance

Writing the post is only half the job.

You should gradually understand what performs well by looking at metrics such as:

- Impressions
- Engagement
- Comments
- Shares/Reposts
- Profile views
- Follower growth

You will use these insights to understand what the audience responds to and continuously improve future content.

The goal is not to chase viral posts every day. The goal is to consistently create better content and grow the profiles over time.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need years of experience.

Freshers are welcome.

We care more about your ability to think, research, and write than the number of companies listed on your resume.

You would be a good fit if:

- You enjoy writing and can communicate ideas clearly.
- You understand that LinkedIn writing is different from academic or traditional blog writing.
- You can write strong hooks without relying on clickbait.
- You are willing to research topics before writing about them.
- You can turn rough ideas into well-structured posts.
- You have solid English writing and grammar skills.
- You pay attention to spelling, formatting, and small details.
- You can adapt your writing style to match different people and profiles.
- You are comfortable receiving feedback and rewriting content.
- You are curious about technology, startups, careers, education, or AI.
- You are willing to experiment and continuously improve your writing.

Experience

0+ years

Freshers, college graduates, and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience writing LinkedIn content, social media content, blogs, newsletters, scripts, or personal-brand content is valuable, but not mandatory .

A strong writing sample matters more to us than years of experience.
