- Core Objective: Drive the optimization of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cell chemistry and validate raw material suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and performance stability.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize slurry formulations and electrode loading specifically for LFP cathode systems to maximize energy density.
- Conduct technical auditing and validation of active material suppliers, focusing on Lithium and Iron Phosphate purity.
- Improve cycle life and thermal stability through chemical additive research and interface engineering.
- Key Required Skills:
- Expertise in LFP-specific electrochemistry and slurry rheology.
- Experience with supply chain technical auditing for battery raw materials.
- Advanced knowledge of material characterization tools (XRD, SEM, ICP).
- Recommended Education: Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Electrochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science, with a research focus on Phosphate-based cathode materials.
