Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the legal entity's financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audits and provide support during tax season.

- Develop and implement effective controls to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Job Requirements :

- 4.9-10 years of experience in controllership or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Robust understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory requirements for biotechnology companies.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
