What You'll Do

- Ensuring full compliance with IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2025 across all activities and schemes, including timely regulatory reporting and filings.
- Monitoring adherence to the Code of Conduct applicable to the Fund Management Entity (FME) and its KMPs under the FM Regulations.
- Overseeing compliance with FEMA provisions related to cross-border fund flows, NRI/OCI investments, and foreign portfolio activities.
- Implementing and monitoring SEZ regulations and GIFT IFSC-specific operational requirements.
- Anchoring the compliance function within the IFSC GIFT City office and serving as the primary interface with IFSCA and other regulatory authorities.
- Tracking and implementing amendments to IFSCA regulations, circulars, and guidelines in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including investment, operations, and marketing, to facilitate audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.

What We're Looking For

- A CS (Company Secretary)



qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) - highly desirable for IFSCA-specific knowledge.
- An LLB or LLM with a specialization in securities or financial services law, which will be an added advantage.
- Relevant experience as per IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, with a minimum of 5 years in the securities market or financial products.
- Experience in Fund Management, Mutual Fund, PMS, or AIF will be a significant advantage.
- Solid interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, combined with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- The capability to interpret and implement regulatory amendments effectively.
