We are looking for a Tutor / Lecturer / Assistant Professor to deliver practical & theoretical training in F&B; Service and Culinary Management. You'll shape future hospitality professionals through engaging classroom sessions, hands-on lab training, and student mentorship.

Your Impact

You are the academic backbone—mentoring students, maintaining industry standards, and upholding KLE’s reputation as a premier hospitality institute.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures, demos, and practical sessions in F&B; Service & Culinary Arts

Mentor students on technical skills, etiquette, and career readiness

Oversee training kitchen & restaurant lab operations

Assess student performance through exams, practicals, and assignments





Update curriculum to align with current industry trends

Guide student projects, research, and industry visits

Qualifications

Education: Master’s in Hospitality/Hotel Management (F&B; / Culinary specialization)

Experience: Prior teaching or industry experience preferred

Freshers welcome: Fresh postgraduates with strong academics & teaching passion can apply

Skills: Excellent communication, robust practical culinary/service knowledge, tech-savvy, organized

Certifications (bonus): HACCP / Food Safety / Professional culinary certifications
