Role Description The Leather Store Incharge is a full time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the leather store, including inventory management, stock movement, and storage conditions to maintain product quality.

The Leather Store

Incharge will coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of leather materials and accurate documentation. The role includes supervising store staff, implementing store management and loss prevention procedures,



and maintaining organized records of incoming and outgoing materials.

Incharge will also support internal stakeholders with timely communication and reporting on stock levels, discrepancies, and store performance.

Qualifications - Customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, to support internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong Communication skills for clear coordination with production, procurement, and quality teams.
- Store Management capabilities to handle inventory, stock organization, documentation, and staff supervision.
- Retail Loss Prevention awareness to ensure secure handling, storage, and tracking of leather materials.
- Experience in leather, footwear, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage physically demanding tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in inventory software or ERP systems and MS Office tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
