Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lease Specialist with strong expertise in Yardi Lease Administration, Recovery Setup, and CAM Reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lease setup, recovery setup in Yardi, and performing Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform lease setup and maintenance in Yardi based on executed lease agreements.
- Configure and maintain recovery setup in Yardi for CAM and operating expense recoveries.
- Execute CAM Reconciliation activities, including review, validation, and reconciliation of recoverable expenses.
- Interpret commercial lease documents and ensure accurate abstraction and system setup.
- Review lease amendments, renewals, terminations, and update Yardi accordingly.
- Validate lease data, rent schedules, recovery pools, and charge codes.
- Coordinate with Property Accounting, Lease Administration, and Asset Management teams to resolve lease-related issues.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with client requirements.




- Support month-end and year-end activities related to lease administration and CAM reconciliation.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills

- 4–7 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Yardi Lease Setup.
- Experience in Recovery Setup in Yardi.
- Hands-on experience performing CAM Reconciliation.
- Good understanding of commercial lease terminology and lease interpretation.
- Knowledge of operating expenses, recoveries, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with US Commercial Real Estate clients.
- Prior experience in Lease Administration and Property Accounting will be an added advantage.
