Learning & Leadership Development Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our Corporate Learning & Leadership Development team. This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0-2 years of experience who are eager to learn, enjoy working with data, and have strong Excel skills.

As an intern, you will support the team in planning learning programs, maintaining data, coordinating with different stakeholders, and researching learning opportunities to help employees grow and develop.

Location: Bangalore HSR Layout

What You'll Do

- Maintain and update learning data trackers with accuracy.
- Schedule training sessions and manage learning calendars.
- Track participant nominations, attendance, course completion, and feedback.
- Send invitations, reminders, and follow-up communication for learning programs.
- Research external training programs, workshops, certifications, conferences, and industry events that could benefit our employees.
- Prepare reports and easy dashboards to support learning initiatives.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative and program coordination activities.





What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, Analytics, or a related field.
- 02 years of work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts, and basic data analysis.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with good attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.

Nice to Have

- Basic knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Internship or project experience involving data management, reporting, data analysis, maintaining trackers or HR or Learning & Development.
