Role & responsibilities

Learning Consulting & Client Engagement

- Partner with corporate clients to understand business objectives and capability development requirements.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using interviews, surveys, observations, competency assessments, and stakeholder consultations.
- Identify organisational capability gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
- Develop learning roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
- Present learning solutions and consultative recommendations to client stakeholders.
- Support business development and sales teams during client discussions and solution presentations.

Learning Solution Design
- Design customised learning journeys, competency-based development programmes, and blended learning solutions.
- Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, assessments, case studies, simulations, role plays, and business games.
- Create engaging learning content for classroom, virtual, self-paced, and microlearning formats.
- Continuously review and enhance learning content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Corporate Training Delivery
- Deliver high-impact instructor-led and virtual training programmes across behavioural, leadership, sales, communication, customer service, and management domains.
- Facilitate highly interactive learning experiences using experiential learning methodologies.
- Adapt training delivery to suit diverse industries, audiences, and organisational contexts.
- Ensure high learner engagement and knowledge transfer throughout programme delivery.

Learning Strategy & Capability Building
- Design annual learning calendars and role-based capability development frameworks.
- Develop competency matrices and learning pathways for client organisations.
- Advise clients on learning best practices and long-term capability-building strategies.
- Recommend learning priorities aligned with organisational objectives.





Learning Effectiveness & Evaluation
- Design and administer pre- and post-learning assessments.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness using recognised learning evaluation methodologies.
- Analyse participant feedback and behavioural outcomes.
- Prepare post-training reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply recognised learning frameworks such as ADDIE, Kirkpatrick Model, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles wherever appropriate.

AI & Digital Learning
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve learning design, content development, and productivity.
- Develop AI-assisted learning activities, assessments, and learner engagement strategies.
- Explore emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative digital learning solutions.
- Stay updated on evolving trends within Learning & Development and workplace learning.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D; teams, business leaders, and client stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of learning engagements.
- Support business growth through high-quality consulting and client relationship management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Learning & Development, preferably in consulting or corporate training.
- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and designing customised learning solutions.
- Solid facilitation, instructional design, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of competency mapping, learning effectiveness, and adult learning methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual learning platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
