We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technology leader with deep expertise in Python, Artificial Intelligence, System Integration, and Low-Code platforms who can lead technical teams, engage with customers, and deliver scalable business solutions.

You will work with architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to define technical strategy, build modern enterprise applications, and accelerate AI adoption across client engagements. Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise solutions across AI, integration, and application development.

Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native architectures using modern engineering practices.

Build AI-enabled business solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation.





Develop backend services and APIs using Python and modern application frameworks.

Define integration strategies using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration technologies.

Lead the delivery of Low-Code solutions using platforms such as Pega, Mendix, Appian, OutSystems, or Microsoft Power Platform.

Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor development teams and establish engineering standards, code quality, DevSecOps, and CI/CD best practices.

Conduct architecture and code reviews while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

Support proposal development, technical estimations, solution presentations, and customer workshops.

Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to introduce AI, automation, and modern integration patterns into client solutions.

Required Skills Technical Skills

10+ years of software engineering and enterprise solution delivery experience.

Strong programming experience in Python.

Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.

Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, and prompt engineering.

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI technologies.

Solid experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, WSO2, Azure Integration Services,



or similar.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Low-Code Experience
