We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Lead Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment across corporate and project-based functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring for EPC, Infrastructure, Power, Manufacturing, Engineering, or similar industries and possess the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely closure of critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with Business Heads and Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Drive hiring across Corporate Office and Project Site roles for technical, engineering, commercial, and support functions.
- Manage recruitment through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and critical positions.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, hiring quality, and candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and pre-joining engagement.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio,



and hiring costs.
- Work closely with HR Operations for seamless onboarding and documentation.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure recruitment process compliance and maintain accurate records in the ATS/HRMS.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
- 812 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in EPC, Infrastructure, Power, Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, or Industrial organizations.
- Proven experience in handling volume as well as niche hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
